Name that party

The New York Times … among other news outlets … is reporting that New York Governor Eliot Spitzer has been caught in a prostitution ring.
Spitzer is a Democrat, which really doesn’t mean anything, since sexual misconduct isn’t the domain of one party or another. Prostitution has been around a lot longer than Democrats and Republicans.
But [...]

Fox News reports that the Obama camp is upset by comments made by Representative Steve King (R, IA-5).
King told the Spencer (Iowa) Daily Reporter:
“I will tell you that, if he is elected president, then the radical Islamists, the al-Qaida, the radical Islamists and their supporters, will be dancing in the streets in greater numbers than [...]

Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell — a supporter of New York Senator Hillary Clinton — said White Pennsylvanians aren’t ready to vote for a Black candidate.

If NBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, [...]

I wrote earlier about what the ACLU thinks about the 4 members of Congress that are running for President.
The ACU — that’s the American Conservative Union — rates the candidates, too.
Here’s the ACU’s lifetime rating for the four:
John McCain (R) 82.3
Ron Paul (R) 82.3
Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton (D) 9.0
Barack Hussein Obama (D) 8.0
I can’t find [...]

Note: I have been unable to find ACLU ratings on Maurice Robert “Mike” Gravel (D), who was was in the Senate from [...]

Why don’t somebody just step on them?

There are plenty of folks that just want to get attention.
Some cry “racism” every chance they get.
Some stage protests every chance they get.
Some start blogs…
We won’t talk about that third group.
And, I really don’t plan to talk about that first group. But you know who that group is.
It’s that middle group.
Westboro Baptist Church in [...]
