Catfish split with Charleston again

The Columbus Catfish finished a 6-game series … with all 6 games played in 4 days, including 5 in a 49-hour period … splitting Sunday’s double header.
The Catfish beat the Charleston RiverDogs (Yankees) 5-1 in the first game, but dropped the second game, 12-4, splitting the series at 3 games apiece.

The suspended game went bad … quickly … but the nightcap turned out fine.
The Columbus Catfish split a delayed double header with the Charleston RiverDogs (Yankees), dropping the suspended game, 14-2, but taking the late game, 8-6 Saturday night.

Columbus Catfish P Jesse Darcy pitched a 7-inning complete game, allowing just 2 hits, as the Catfish blanked the Charleston RiverDogs 2-0 Friday night.

The Columbus Catfish sent 11 batters to the plate in the 5th inning as part of their 12-run, 15-hit performance Friday night.
The Catfish beat the Charleston RiverDogs (Yankees) 12-3., winning the series and holding on to 1st place in the South Atlantic League Southern Division.
