Catfish lose error-filled contest

For the second night in a row, the Savannah Sand Gnats (Mets) ruined the night for the Columbus Catfish at Golden Park. After being one-hit by Savannah last night, tonight, the Catfish outhit the Sand Gnats 10-8, but were outscored 7-4.

Catfish one step closer to leaving

The Braves and the Dodgers opened their spring training games against other Major League teams yesterday (the Braves beat the University of Georgia on Wednesday) with the Dodgers winning 5-4.
