She is my favorite liberal of all, and a TRUE liberal, unlike so many others on the left. (And she has great taste in right-wing blogs, of course!) If only more liberals were like her, we’d be able to all get along better. She doesn’t vilify her opponents, so she makes it easy to really LISTEN to her point of view and find common ground. Megan is a brave woman too, not being afraid to go against the grain publicly, like with Schiavo (and she DID make a big difference!), or even Camille Paglia (I like Paglia too). Sometimes I need to go read her blog to remember that the whole world hasn’t gone crazy, y’know?
